A monthly project for The Mandy & David Team, where I would select a variety of properties based on a spectrum of prices in seven different neighborhoods that just became active, went under contract or just sold. I would then photograph the properties, design and send postcards to their specific neighborhoods. The back would highlight a Mandy & David property or upcoming event. (Note to Realtors, check with your Broker before starting a similar campaign.)
